Mommy makeover is a recently coined term for a combination surgery that is done after a woman’s body has taken her toll after pregnancies, breastfeeding and kids. The mommy maker over is designed to get her physically in a better shape again. It consists of breast lift or breast augmentation surgery combined with a tummy tuck and sometimes simultaneous liposuction. The tummy tuck can be an abdominoplasty with or without tightening of the abdominal muscle and with or without liposuction and liposculpture, all depending on the severity of the condition. Muscle tightening or rectus plication for rectus divarication can also be done as an isolated procedure if necessary through smaller incisions.
