We offer the whole spectrum of cosmetic breast surgery. Breast augmentation has been and still is the most frequently performed cosmetic procedure worldwide. It increases the volume of the breast while it simultaneously improves the shape. Asymmetries in the size and shape of the breasts are not uncommon and surgical improvement during breast enlargement is frequently possible. Breast augmentation surgery can be combined with a breast lift or mastopexy to improve sagging breasts. Breast enlargement surgery can be performed with prosthetic material like Silicone implants or autologous fat. I use the bodyjet system for liposuction and fat grafting. It’s a high tech waterassisted liposuction device that delivers purified and viable concentrate of fat cells ready for grafting. In some cases prosthetic material can be combined with simultaneous fat grafting to achieve better results. I prefer a short scar technique for mastopexies and small to medium size breast reductions. For large breast reductions I use an inverted T-scar technique. To correct gynecomastia or ‘man boobs’ I use a variety of techniques depending on the deformity.
